Questions & Answers

Question: What vocal by a black male has the lyric, "darling I'd practise it all for yous"?

Answer: The information you've given me is sparse and isn't a direct hit with what I've come with. Information technology would have been helpful to know the genre (pop, rock, state, etc.), what decade the song was pop and any other hints.

However, here'due south the all-time I could figure:

Denroy Morgan had a soul song that was a hit in 1981. It referenced the lyrics, "You lot make my dreams come true" (which is why I figured you have this question nether the Dreams Playlist). The title of the vocal is, "I'll Do Anything for You lot" and here are the lyrics that are shut but not quite what y'all recall:

"Nothing in the world that I won't practice

I'll give the globe to yous if you want me to

I'll do anything

Ah, nothing in the world that I won't do

I'll give the world to y'all if you desire me to

I'll do anything...."

Is this it? I'm betting (and hoping) and then! Here'south the song:

Question: How tin I find the song lyrics for "Always Dreaming" past Jon Nicholson played on Margaritaville radio?

Answer: I've been unable to notice these lyrics through the normal channels, notwithstanding he is on Facebook and Twitter. Since you lot're a fan, why not connect with him on social media and enquire him the question?

Question: Who sings a song about dreaming that has words of "when I'm xx the," "when I'thou thirty," and "when I'm 60"?

Reply: Those are some really specific lyrics, just I institute nil in a lyrics search that fit those exact specifications.

Lukas Graham released a very popular 2015 vocal called "7 Years" that tells the retrospective story of growing up and growing older. Several ages were profiled, including ages 20, 30, and 60. Since this is probably not the vocal you're referring to (as it'due south non most dreaming), get out a message in the Comment Section regarding the post-obit to provide further clues:

1) genre (state/rock/pop, etc.)

2) about when was this song popular?

iii) did an individual/group or male/female sing information technology?

4) anything y'all recall about the plot or other aspects of this dreaming song?

5) I assume this is an American vocal?

Exit the details in the Comments Section of the Dreams Playlist, and I'll be happy to try to locate information technology.

Question: There'south a song, "I have had a lot of big dreams." Who sings it?

Answer: What I found based on that limited information -- and not knowing whether it was a lyric or title or what the genre is -- turns out to be a soft rock song from 1985 called "Just As I Am" past Air Supply. The first line is a near-perfect match:

I've had a lot of big dreams

I've made a lot of bad moves

I know you could walk away

But y'all never do ...

If this isn't it and a reader knows the vocal you're referring to, I hope they'll get out a annotation in the Comments Department of the playlist article.

Question: I'm looking for a song with the championship, "Nosotros Have a Dream for You lot." Can you lot assistance?

Answer: The closest thing seems to exist the Casting Crowns' 2014 song, "Dream for You" https://www.youtube.com/sentinel?v=R8nsJZx8eWw

Question: I'thousand looking for a archetype rock vocal with an amazing guitar hook throughout, and I'm sure I heard the lyrics, "I've got dreams to remember" in there. It seems that the word "dreams" was used several times in the song. My search keeps bringing up Otis Redding, but it's certainly not him. Practice you take any thoughts?

Answer: At that place are many artists who take covered that song. In an advanced search that I did, approximately 25 artists came up, including artists as varied as Aretha Franklin, Keith Richards, Toots Hibberts, and Delbert McClinton. Thus, is information technology possible that you are remembering someone else who sang the song, such equally prominent guitarist Warren Haynes, known for his piece of work with the Allman Brothers, David Allan Coe, and his association with the Grateful Dead? Here is a YouTube link to the impressive rendition of the vocal by Warren Haynes: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YgX1k8bbXsk.

Question: What is the vocal that ends with "I wake from dreams and find that I'm lonely"?

Answer: I retrieve the song you want is below, although notation that I could not find whatever song that fits your exact description. I searched several lyrics databases, and this is the closest. It ends with lyrics that closely resemble what you offering -- "find that I'm alone" -- and the theme of the song is dreaming.

"Nightmare" (2007) by Vanilla Sky https://www.youtube.com/watch?five=h1ei9nEg3Ws

Ending lyrics:

I can remember

What happened before

Should I wake up and call you lot out loud on and on

And information technology makes me experience bad

When I discover that you lot're non here

And it makes me and so scared.

When I find that I'm alone.

Promise this helps!

Question: There's a song which includes the line, "All in a dream" Who sings it, please?

Answer: Although I wish you had given more data such as genre, the type of singer (group/private, male/female), or approximate year released, I tin offer some possibilities. At that place are a number of songs that include that line. Here are three:

1) "After the Gold Rush" past Neil Young (1970) (after covered by many other artists)

2) "In a Dream" by Rockwell (1997)

3) "Take hold of Me While I'k Sleeping" by Pinkish (2003)

Question: Which song has the lyrics, "adieu dreams"?

Answer: The song you lot are looking for is past The Kinks, chosen "Conservancy Route" (1973). YouTube link: https://world wide web.youtube.com/picket?five=7hO0CIqSknQ. Hither are the lyrics from that part of the song:

And we'll all sing a song

As we walk downwardly Salvation Route.

Goodbye youth, goodbye dreams,

The good times and the friends I used to know.

Question: Tin anyone remember either the song or the band from the 1980s that had a lyrics "caught in your dream sleep"?

Respond: The quoted lyrics may not be fully authentic. However, I did find two 1980s songs by bands with similar lyrics:

"Head Over Heels" (1982) by ABBA: "And we were caught in our slumber"

"Deep Slumber" (1982) by Devo: "I've been caught within a deep sleep"

Question: What song has the lyrics "when it comes to making dreams"?

Reply: The following song is the simply one I institute: "All Mixed Up" (1996) past Reddish House Painters https://world wide web.youtube.com/sentinel?v=GQSUIRDs6VE. Hope this is what y'all were looking for.

Question: What are the lyrics to "Night Dreams" by Johnny Mathis?

Answer: This 1968 song was a non-anthology rails, the "B" side to "Y'all Make Me Remember Nigh You" and its lyrics are very hard to come by. They were not available in several search engines I checked. However, y'all could probably transcribe them from the song itself. Here information technology is on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/sentinel?v=To046YtkIpQ.

Question: What vocal has the lyrics, "dream, dream, dream"?

Answer: In that location are two songs:

i) Johnny Mathis' "Dream Dream Dream" (1964) https://www.youtube.com/spotter?five=oXQma1D3NAk

lyrics:

Just shut your optics, forget your sighs a piffling while

Dream, dream, dream, dream

Dream, dream, dream, dream

Question: I've had this vocal in my head all twenty-four hour period. Information technology's a classic 80s rock sound, but sort of a sad or emotional tune. All I can really retrieve is the chorus starting something similar "and I tin't dream of yesterday" or " from yesterday." It sort of sounds similar REO Speedwagon. Any thought?

Answer: Taking a wait at the lyrics you offer, a search reveals the post-obit: "Easier Than This" by Ra (2008) or "I Miss Us" by Kenny Loggins (2003). I'1000 non sure nigh the REO Speedwagon sound. Loggins' song seems to match that a footling more.
